RUN AND RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing but lies after lies. Pool is suppose to have a lifetime warranty and does not.. why? Because the pool was sold as a 3rd party sale and latham pools does not warranty that. Our pool is unlevel and damaged. Our pool can not pass final inspection. There is at least 40 other families with complaints. Do not give your money to this company.

Greg and his crew installed our pool last summer and we absolutely love it. We went with the Cancun Deluxe and the spa / pool combo is a perfect option for us. We had a few issues along the way (mostly tied to concrete work), but we were able to work them all out with Greg. We went with a Viking pool and salt water with the app on the phone to control all the pool settings which is ideal. With the kids using the pool roughly 3 times a day, it's well worth the cost for all of these great family memories.

The pool itself is perfect. The installation was an experience for sure. You are only as good as who you contract with. The cement installers clearly do not have much experience doing pools. the cement is jagged all around the edge of the pool, we asked to have it fixed but each time it just got worse. It's discolored and just looks not professionally done. There was no follow through with Expert after the pool was in the ground. We had to make calls every couple days to find out when the next step would happen, i.e. getting the buried gas lines covered, the pool cover in, etc. It was a very
