Your Will is your opportunity to direct what will happen to your property after your death and to appoint a trusted Executor who will probate your Will and carry out your wishes. If you want, you can include in your Will instructions to your Executor regarding burial, cremation, and funeral arrangements.
Most Georgia families cannot afford to pay for Nursing Home care for a lengthy period of time. With monthly Nursing Home costs of $6000 - $8000 per month, many middle class families worry that they will be bankrupted by the Nursing Home costs of a loved one. Medicare covers some Nursing Home care, but only a limited amount.

We have recommended Cynthia to friends and associates and will continue to do so. She is experienced in dealing with long-term care, estate planning, care for our children and grandchildren, all explained in terminology that addresses just what we need to do now in our 50s in contingencies for later.
