Services
Your child's first visit to the dentist can set the stage for a lifetime of good oral health. And as your baby grows, regular dental visits will be just as important as regular visits to the pediatrician. That's why it's crucial to find a practice in Montgomery, AL that offers comprehensive baby, child, adolescent, and special-needs dentistry in a soothing, kid-friendly environment.
Dr. Samuel Bush is a board certified children's dental specialist, who is pawsitively passionate about helping children and teenagers maintain healthy and beautiful smiles. He does this by helping instill in them a positive attitude towards dentistry by introducing them to a friendly and fun dental environment.
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are more awake, and we can work more slowly with them for their comfort. School children with a lot of homework should be seen in the morning for the same reason. Dental appointments are an excused absence, and missing school can be minimal when regular dental care is scheduled.
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that children visit a dentist before they turn 1, or within 6 months of the appearance of the first baby tooth. Bringing your child to the pediatric dentist at a very early age allows him or her to meet the dentist, and become comfortable in the dental office setting.
If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, you can start taking steps to establish good oral health for you and your child. It is important to have a dental checkup to make sure your teeth and gums are healthy. The bacteria in your mouth can affect your unborn child. And once your child is born, the bacteria that cause cavities and gum disease can be passed from you to your child.

First time visit here was amazing! Everyone was very patient, polite and professional. The environment is super clean and kid friendly.I love that the staff members goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and entertained while waiting to be called to the back. The dental assistants educates parents on services before and after. Most importantly my children loves it here!

We have a daughter with sensory challenges and autism. The staff at Bush Pediatric Dentistry were all so wonderful and accommodating for her needs. There is a separate room for kiddos with extra needs so we didn’t impact others and she had less sensory stimulation in this isolated room. I can’t thank them enough for the positive experience!

I thought it was so strange they had so many five star reviews when looking for a dentist for our daughter. You hardly ever see so many great reviews, but after going I totally understand! This was our daughters first ever dentist visit and she cried the entire time, but they were so great with her! Everyone from the front desk to the dentist were so nice! I’m so glad we found them and will be going back.
