I called at 8 am this morning. They said someone would be out by late morning and they arrived by 10 a.m. Joe and Mike were great to work with. They were very easy going and made it a smooth process. By noon the water was fixed and back in service. They fixed it with a new well pump and upgraded other necessary things. I would highly recommend.

My review is simply based off customer service, as I was never able to experience the company's actual work services. I called early on 10/20 to schedule a well inspection and water test. I was told that their inspector, Eric, would contact me to set up a date/time. 24 hours later on 10/21 I called again because I hadn't received a call back. The woman who answered apologized and then said, "Oh, Eric was suppose to call you back. That makes sense." I didn't even inquire what that meant. She then said she would send him a message to call me. 10/22, still no call back, so I called for the third day

The guy on the phone was very reluctant to come out and give me an estimate to the point he didnt even show up. I wont recommend this company at all. I called 4 companies total since my husband is disabled and we are on a fixed income so I needed estimates. This was the only company that wouldnt give me one out of all 4.

Can't say enough about these guys. My well pump failed right at the start of the Polar Vortex. No water. They were out to my house - and I'm a new client, mind you - within 3 hours, had the problem solved (for now) within 1 hour and laid out a solution for the bigger pump replacement issue. Responsive, kind, professional, fairly priced. Can you ask for more? I can't.

Great company to work with. We needed our well casing to be taller which required welding a new steel casing to our existing casing and putting on a new sealing cap as well as sanitizing our well. Ken was prompt with his estimate, the office staff is very friendly and helpful and the guys who came to do the work were also friendly, polite and did a great job. The guys who did the work were also very helpful and answered all of our questions about the sanitization process.

Our lawn mowers hit our well top so we went to their location to purchase parts to fix it. They were extremely helpful and kind as we were tying to figure out what parts we needed. They were patient and understanding, they even helped us out to our car!! It’s so difficult to find such wonderful customer service these days, HIGHLY recommend!
