For the first ten years, Paul was involved in the field as a carpenter full-time, producing many types of projects with the help of his assistants and a dedicated group of subcontractors. In 1992, with several key team members, Paul expanded the business into Kuzma Construction, now able to produce larger additions and whole house renovations.
