Rude and criticized the facts of my case. Did not listen to my needs. Basically said “we’ll have to see what judge you get.” Consulted Joe Martone in response to custody conciliation where he became condescending about age of persons involved as well as about fees. He made the assumption that I was not financially fit to hire him because of where I worked.

Absolutely disgraceful. Worst "attorney" I have ever known. Disrespectful, rude, and ignorant. Refuses to listen to client's needs. Joseph Martone actually quit my case a month before the final trial date. Left me with no counsel when I needed him the most after I paid THOUSANDS in retainer fees which were never refunded. DO NOT HIRE JOSEPH MARTONE!!! YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR CASE DESERVE BETTER!!
Sincerely Disappointed,

Attorney from Erie Pa. Paige Peasley has been known to lie after swearing oath. I expected a professional adult but she was very flustered and a drama queen. She tried to be intimidating and she used bully tactics. She would call me and harass me and swear on the phone at me. She would never email me or put anything in writing on purpose. However she lost the case that should have been an easy win.I felt bad for the people who hired her. She did nothing for them other than make more drama for their family and cost them even more money in the end.

Told the judge " please don't punish my client because I dropped the ball"
she forgot to turn in paperwork which prevented testimony. All this allowed an abusive person(proof of that was not allowed into evidence due to her) to keep custody of a child. Avoid at all costs. I tried to ask for some money back since she obviously did not actually do anything and was ignored.
