Dr. Pancio was refered to me by my chiropractor Dr Loy about my shoulder pain.
The inital office visit was very polite, professional and a positive experience.

I saw Dr. Pancio recently for a second problem hip (trocanteric bursitis). Both visits have been excellent. I chose him because he is capable of doing hip replacement surgery, should the course of treatment so indicate. Right now, that's not the case. Dr. Pancio has an excellent way with patients. He explains the diagnosis, outlines the course of treatment, and proceeds expeditiously. Very capable, very friendly. i would recommend him strongly.

I have been looking for a good orthopedic doctor for years since I moved from NOVA but I tried a few and it was not good so I continued going to Reston as I do with some of my doctors since apparently that is where the really good ones practice. I needed surgery on my trigger finger and decided to try to find a good orthopedic here since I had not looked for years. To my pleasant surprise I found a fairly new one in Dr. Pancio. He was young but my research showed that he was well trained at good hospitals. I found his staff to be very pleasant and jovial. Dr. Pancio took his time and explained

Dr. Pancio was great. It is always refreshing to see a medical professional that is patient focused. The visit started as a personal conversation that directly lead to a discussion of my accident and treatment history. He made it a priority to have me involved with the discussion and spoke “with me” not “at me.” He is very much empathetic with my situation and I know he will do everything he can to help me recover. Dr. Pancio’s waiting area is spacious and well lit. There is plenty of room to maintain space between waiting patients.
The examining rooms are modern and clean, as well.
Physician’s assistant was personable and knowledgeable.

Dr. Pancio really took the time to go over every aspect of treatment for my 15 year old. He patiently explained each and left the room for a few minutes to give us time to talk. He was very through and seemed to really care about her fears and thoughts. We are so happy to have found him as her surgeon.

I had my first emergency surgery to plate and set my broken leg and Dr. Pancio was the ortho surgeon that walked into my room at the hospital. I immediately felt safe and hopeful when he laid out the surgical plan through my end results in the same conversation. Never let me feel like this life changing event was going to slow down my future. He then proceeded to advocate my case so I wouldn't have to wait DAYS for surgery. Needless to say, he was able to get my tibia plated that evening and had me start my healing journey the next morning. He returned to tell me everything went well in a way that

To begin with, i was able to get an appointment within a week. Beginning when I walked in the door I was politely temp checked, questioned regarding covid & then escorted to a waiting room for the Doctor. At that point my daughter was allowed to wait with me. The Doctor came in, introduced himself, produced my x-rays & we proceeded to discuss my knee problem. I am extremely satisfied with my entire visit & successful treatment & would go back tomorrow if needed.

My experience with Winchester Bone and Joint and Dr. Pancio was great. My appointments were very close to on time, typically never waiting more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. The entire staff I dealt with were very nice and pleasant.
