Our advanced manufacturing facility features the latest in robotic technology for faster loading, unloading and manufacturing. As production changes, quality standards need to keep pace. Bridge coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) offer an extensive range of solutions in every industry where accuracy, repeatability and automated dimensional inspection is required.
All of our machines utilize the latest technological innovation and are optimized and engineered to be able to handle small to large volume production runs, without compromising speed or quality of your product. With the integration of robotics, we minimize human error while increasing the trustworthiness of our products.
FM approvals is the independent testing arm of international insurance carrier, FM Global. FM approvals uses scientific research and testing to make sure products conform to the highest standards for safety and property loss prevention. Products that pass get the "FM APPROVED" mark. We are approved by FM to engrave and mark parts with FM approval logos and icons.
Since 1976, our expertise and central focus has been machining stainless steel and aluminum. Over 40 years later, we have focused our expertise and passion in these two areas. We specialize in production machining services, engineering and using the latest technology to keep your prices low, without affecting quality.
Individuals who are eager to learn & grow in the company will do well in our environment. Problem solving, mathematical skills, & utilization of your own creativity to create leaner, more efficient systems of manufacturing. Familiarity with Mazak controls & running stainless is a plus. Experience is not mandatory.
