Heller Cozac founded Houston Carton in 1987 after a decade of working at a small, corrugated box manufacturing plant in Houston, Texas. In 1988 he made the decision to open his own business. All he had at that time was his knowledge about Corrugated Packaging, and a spare room in his house. Heller turned that spare room into a home office and began cultivating relationships with businesses all over the United States.

Been here since 7:30 am for an 8 am appointment, did exactly what the board says which gives you a number to call. I am now
on the 5th call and no one is answering. I am 1 of 3 truckers here, we all are clueless as staff are not assisting any of us in being loaded. I will never return here again in the future.

These guys are the BEST! Our products are extremely difficult to handle. Other providers continually have issues and these folks very rarely have any issues. In the unlikely event something happens, they go out of their way to make it right. We are very happy and look forward to continuing to work together for years to come.

Definitely not flatbed friendly location. One of the worst places to load at, you are always in the way of the container trucks. Partially tarped, i was asked to leave the property and finish out on the road (barely wide enough for a truck) wound up going to the business down the road and finishing up there. The loaders took two hours before even starting to load...#1 priority is the container trucks. The loader was friendly and when he started he was pretty quick.

I have now toured SCHCI several times and am extremely impressed with their Houston warehousing and fulfillment operations. If you did not know better, you would think you were in a clean room environment. For a warehouse that handles everything from corrugated goods to extremely heavy slabs, everything is meticulously clean and organized. This has to been one of the best warehouse and inventory handling companies I have toured and had the pleasure of working with. If you need a first class operation at a very fair price, SCHCI and their team of professionals is second to none.
