2020 has been a nightmare for all of us!!!! When everything got bad we went to see John Wallingford at the bank and he helped us out tremendously. He and the rest of the staff we have dealt with have been compassionate and understanding during what could have easily been a destructive time in our lives. Finding the “human” factor in a bank is difficult at times but they nailed it at Spirit. Thank you so much guys for helping us keep it all together when things could have easily fallen apart.

Spirit of Alaska is the best bank I have found for financing real estate. I have researched most of the national and local banks and spirit was by far the best. From their terms to their service, everything I have experienced has been top notch. They have competitive financing terms tailor fit for my situation and I always have a single point of contact through out the whole process. I was able to contact Rachel, Dan and Ariel by phone or email anytime I had a question.
