I rented from Jim for over two years. Jim is a pleasure to deal with and understands realty. Sadly, he uses a female named Heidi to coordinate with the renters and she is a nightmare to deal with. She refuses to timely fix problems that the units had and often had excuses for why things were breaking. She uses a foreman that doesn't actually fix anything, he only patches things till they break again. Anytime we would have to tell her about something breaking she would give attitude and be very condescending. Jim needs to get rid of her. This company needs to update their systems and units

I'm giving this review as I have seen enough of their properties now and they don't put any TLC into it. Went and looked at a unit today in seal Beach cute place the kitchen counters had food on it, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting dirty. Would not rent from this company. Baytown Realty maybe you should look at your rentals before you offer to show them before renting! Your company should be ashamed of yourself for letting someone go in and see the rental before a thorough clean!

This place pulled a bait and switch on me. I signrd a lease with them for a condo and then they told me that the owners would be managing it. So far, I moved into a filthy place not cleaned at all before I moved in....dog hair and infested with fleas. The parking is not managed and tenants do whatever they want. I have never been able to use my parking space. After weeks the owners sent a house cleaner and fumigated. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. IF YOU SEE THEIR SIGN MOVE ON, ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!! I CONCIDER THEM DISHONEST!

Dealing with Heidi Guiol was really unfortunate. I work in the service industry myself and I can tell you that she was an absolute nightmare to deal with. She expressed high anxiety from the get go. Everything was about her, and what she had on her plate and she could not focused on the customer needs one bit. I won't ever deal with Baytown Realty again.

We worked with Sharon for nearly a year before we closed on our new home. Sharon was immediately attentive to our needs and asked all the right questions to understand what kind of home our family needed. The real estate market is extremely tight in Seal Beach but she made sure we were the first to know about any listing hitting the market that would meet our criteria. About halfway through the year, we came close to making an offer on a different home but for personal reasons we had to step away. Sharon didn't miss a beat and stayed by our side while we waited for the next opportunity. When

These guys are racist homophobic discriminating ignorant jerks and have no shame in expressing there opinions about this. After 5 minutes of meeting one of their reps he was going off about the problems of just about everybody that wasn't an old white male. Ok, there're entitled to their opinions and we live in a free world so be it, but why would you ever list your property with a company who will quickly scare off half your potential buyers/renters. This company is a blemish on an otherwise beautiful community.

I accidentally parked in their parking lot thinking it was for the barbershop next door, and the owner came out and started yelling at me about parking there. Even when I apologized and told her it was a mistake, she continued to be extremely rude and condescending and just wouldn't stop going off on me. I definitely understand not wanting people to park there, but asking politely would have been much more effective.

If there were 0 stars, this place would be deserving of that title. I would stay far away from this very shady realty company. I've talked to 3 of the 5 (approx) employees and ALL are contemptible, condescending individuals(and that's being nice). I tried to rent a couple different places and they kept telling me that someone "may" put a deposit and I was ready to do it right then! They did this to me on two separate occasions and after that I was done. Unfortunately they monopolize most of the rentals in the community, but I came to find that you can just drive around and find

Went there 15 minutes prior to office closing, and some ill-mannered man yapping on the phone rudely tells me office is closed after ignoring me for the first few minutes. Never will go through this office for any listings in the future. Stay away if you are planning to list with them or simply renting through them.

On a rating scale, they actually get a zero, but unfortunately not an option on this website. I had one of their agents, Mike Thomas, represent me in a buy, and unfortunately by the time I found out how incompetent he really is, it was too late. He literally forced me into a buy that I was not ready for because I was going to be leaving my job. He said don't worry, you'll get the loan and no one has to know that you are leaving your job. But when the lender discovered I no longer was employed, obviously didn't give me a loan and I ended up paying over $14 grand to the seller.

So I've never been more insulted by a business in my life! Called for a simple solution for a move in problem and was treated with such disrespect I was at a loss for words! The head owner began swearing and yelling to a degree that was unimaginable! To run a local business and treat local customers like that was mind boggling. I highly don't recommend this realtor for any of your home selling or apartment renting needs! They should be ashamed of themselves!
