Services
Any one of any age can benefit from chiropractic care. Birth itself, whether natural or cesarean, can be traumatic. Positions the baby maintains in the uterus can also contribute to the first subluxations (misalignments) of the spine. If these misalignments go unaddressed, it can start us off early with improper biomechanics, leading to nursing difficulties, trouble sleeping, and delays in milestones and development.
When a patient comes into my office, it is imperative that we start with the proper assessment. This includes a detailed history and exam. The exam will consist of observation, postural analysis (how we present in standing and sitting), gait analysis (how we walk), neurological and orthopedic tests as indicated (reflexes, ranges of motions, movement to rule in and out the cause of the complaint), and a detailed spinal assessment.
