Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to access a person's subconscious mind through relaxation to achieve the desired outcome. During your first session, we will discuss the history of the challenge; then, you will be guided through what will feel like, a customized meditation, a daydream, or maybe a nap. At the end of the first session, you will learn how to practice self-hypnosis and when to bring it into your daily life.

As a result of this initial session, you will become more aware of the negative self chatter keeping you stuck. During reinforcement sessions, we will review the shifts in behavior since the last visit, apply hypnosis to reinforce the desired change, and continue to review how to manage to defeat thought patterns.

For over a decade, stress management expert Eileen Mckone Erni has specialized in promoting wellness with evidence-based stress reduction techniques. Eileen is the owner of Beverly Hypnosis Wellness Center and the founder of the srtproject.org., a stress reduction, resilience training project for law enforcement and first responders.

Hypnosis can help with anxiety and panic attacks because all the anxiety and stress that triggers a panic attack has its roots in the subconscious.
Public exhibitions by stage hypnotists and the portrayal of hypnosis in the entertainment and media industries have contributed to a wide misunderstanding of the true nature of hypnosis. I am a skeptical person and never considered going to a hypnotist before. I sought out Eileen Erni for help quitting smoking and for anxiety in general. One session with Eileen completely changed my point of view! She has helped me so much. The price is definitely reasonable for the benefits I've gotten. I recommend you try her out for help with stress and anxiety. She put me at ease right away, and almost three weeks later I'm still feeling great and have stayed smoke-free. I would absolutely see her again if needed.

I can not speak highly enough about Eileen Ernie at the Beverly Hypnosis Center. Eileen has helped me through a number of things including becoming more organized, preparing for a surgery, fighting my love of all things sugar, and finding my center. This is the first year of my life that I have not gained weight during the holidays. I am on track to crush 2019 and I owe a lot of that to Eileen. I like to always be in Control and so it was difficult to take the first step and make an appointment with Eileen Ernie of Beverly Hypnosis Cente. But I am forever grateful I did. Eileen doesn't just treat your symptoms, but she gently and methodically gets to the root of the issue.

I visited Eileen desperate for sleep and to stop smoking. Miraculously - I have not smoke and I do not have cravings! I sleep much better. I plan to continue on my journey to health improvement with Eileen by my side!
