I live near by and although they say they close at 7, if they are helping you, they're gonna finish until you are done. They made me feel so comfortable leaving them my phone with all my info. They were thorough. They were honest and very knowledgeable. I'll admit they charged me a bit more than some other guy I would go to in Eagle rock.. I had to change my screen several times bc the screen was so cheap, hence the lesser price, but so inconvenient. But any who, stop by here if you're nearby. They are worth it and so trustworthy.

My phone was malfunctioning and the screen was white. It's hard to find someone who specializes in both Samsung and Apple phones. Shawn diagnosed the problem with one glance and gave me a great price and fixed the phone in in less than an hour turnover. He even offered to wait for us! So kind and trustworthy guy. He's a professional and will take time to explain everything to his customers. Unbeatable price compared to repairs around him. Choose him!

Had my broken screen repaired here. Walked into kind people. Said it would take twenty minutes, came back in 15 & it was done. Really fast professional & most importantly affordable service. Very glad I find them.

Have had several phones and tablets repaired here as i have 4 teens. every time it breaks again within 2 months. not quality parts. no warranty. no discount 2 months later. always charges my kids full price and the repairs are always $100.00 or more.

I reached out for help at Dr. Cellphone to see if they could fix an old broken android phone that I used years ago. I wanted to get it fixed to recover the data within the phone because of the sentimental value.
When Sean first saw it, he was honest saying that he could try looking for a solution it but that he couldn't assure it since it was a challenging problem.
Sean did his best to diagnose it and try to fix it, but since it's an old and relatively obsolete phone, and it was never a popular type of phone, the blueprints for it weren't available. Sean took his time troubleshooting

This is my place to go when i need a smart tech to fix my cell phone. Ive been coming here for years. I live like 40 min away but its worth the drive. First of all, I I want to say how thankful I am to the staff who work here. Everyone here was so friendly, from the moment I called the business seeking their services to the moment I left their premises, and very professional. I did not have an appointment, but needed my phone fixed ASAP as I was going out of town and I work weekends sometimes, nevertheless, they helped me get my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone fixed that same day within an hour! Mind you I had called several places, but they wanted me to wait 3 to 4 days, because they needed to order the screen, since they didn't have it in stock

This store should be shut down. We were quoted a price of $50.00 and a one day repair, three days later still it was delayed and the cost suddenly jumped to $140.00 . We asked him where he sourced the replacement camera he intended to install and he put us on hold for 8 minutes then refused to tell us. We said we would pick up the phone as we did not want to take a chance with him since he would not tell us where the camera came from. He refused to give me my credit card back when I would not give him the pin until I looked at the phone and in fact my husband said they had never done any water

Had my cell phone screen fixed in just over an hour. Now works great. I asked him, "my phone was pretty (expletive) up?", he replied "Yes!" I highly recommend this place.

The phone technician Sean was very fair and professional. He didn't charge us for diagnostics when I needed a second opinion after another company messed up my phone. I can definitely see that he knows what he's doing, and I'll be back in the future for all my cellphone needs!!!

Sean was great! Dignosed my phone and took pictures of the inside, explained the problem in great detail! He has to order a part but well be back next week to finish the job!! Thanks! Highly recommended

So I didn't come here for a phone repair. I spilled a drink on my friends Polaroid camera a couple days ago which ruined the viewfinder and I felt really bad about it. I came over to my friends place to try and fix it but he didn't have a small enough Phillips screwdriver to take it apart. I figured a phone repair shop would have one so we headed here.

Sean and Frank were working there that night. While helping out a couple customers, Sean managed to hook us up with a small enough screwdriver when he had a moment. He was eager to help us out and we were able to take the camera apart

They were able to replace a screen on an old HTC EVO 4G from 2010 which is a 10 year old phone. They had the part and gladly fixed it for a good price, the battery was also swollen so they kindly gave me a complimentary replacement battery as well. Great turn around time and good service.

Beware! If you want your screen replaced don't come here. I had an iPhone 5 screen replaced here and within 24 hours a small stress fracture appeared in the screen from just being in my pocket. Their is also a film on the screen that makes it impossible to see with your glasses on. I called and they will not stand behind their repair or 60 day warranty.
Do NOT spend your money here unless you want a cheap and defective screen put on your iPhone.

I had been having issues with my phone for 2 weeks , no service, not being able to make/receive calls or texts. I spent countless hours on the phone with metro with no resolution every time. I took my phone with the intentions of either buying a new phone or unlocking an old phone. Within minutes Daniella was able to tell me a cheaper and faster way to transfer my SIM card into the old phone. Now my phone is working perfectly. Daniella was so kind and helpful. She is the best!

Needed the screen replaced on iPhone XS. They replaced the screen, however, the Face ID did not work after that. I went back and he took a look at it to see if there was anything he could do and he tried to "re-calibrate" it multiple times with no success. After that he kept trying to convince me that it worked, and when it didn't work, he would not take responsibility for it. The Face ID worked before I took it in, with the cracked screen, and after he fixed the screen it did not work. I would not recommend going here if you have a phone that does Face ID. I cannot speak for other models of phones

I came in because my phone wasn't charging even when trying multiple chargers. So basically the guy at this store (forgot his name) says the problem was either the battery ($35 from him) or the charging port of the phone needed fixing ($65 from him)
Homie took my battery and tested it for free and it was working. Then he tried an original samsung charger and the phone started charging. I bought the charger from him for $20. The point is this guy is honest and really helped me out a lot. 5 stars

Did a great job repairing my I-Phone X which had a shattered back glass. Also installed my screen protector and set me up with a great phone case. Very satisfied!

Horrible place, DO NOT come here. I visited this place because of the good reviews it had on google, but it was the wrost decision ever. I took my Note 4 to be checked out, the guy kept it for three days and did nothing to it. When I finally decided to pick up my phone, the guy had the freaking nerve to charge me a $27 diagnostics fee, diagnostics for what?????? He had three days to check it and did not do a dam thing to it. All he kept saying was "we are waiting for parts" what parts? Whats wrong with phone I asked?, but this guy had no freaking clue. My experience here was amazing let me tell you! I was greeted with beautiful smiles by the girls, Ana and Daniella! Both were very sweet and lovely girls. The customer service was amazing!!! The owner was also amazing! Took care of my phone and got it back in such impeccable condition. The price is also reasonable which I really appreciated! Overall I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!

This is a great neighborhood store. Sean is so helpful, he remembers you from your last visit. The best part is...when he fixes it, it really solves the problem and you do not have to go back. My last phone I got fixed elsewhere and it kept breaking. Both times Sean fixed my phones, that was it...fixed. Yes you might have to leave your phone for a bit, but seeing as how you never have to take it back, its worth it with both time and money!

I came because I needed to fix my cracked screen; I literally could not see anything. When I went to Sprint, they told me I needed to pay like $250 to fix my phone. I found this place in yelp and noticed that their prices were way cheaper than other places in LA. I was a little hesitant when I read the reviews of stolen phones and long wait periods (almost a week!). However, as soon as I got there the cashier said my phone would be done within a day but they called back in 2 hrs. The wait is a bit longer than other places I've been to but the price makes up for it.

The service was amazing

They were a good price. They did the work fast and efficiently. I called them and showed up same day and they fixed my phone in a matter of minutes while I waited. The store I previously went to took hours which turned into me having to come back multiple times and every time they fixed one problem it caused another so I came here instead. They took care of me and actually completely repaired all issues with my phone.
