These guys has been a great help to our company. There are many shady brokers out there that will constantly try to get over. But not Flock Freight, they have amazing rates and always try to go above and beyond to meet you at your requested rate if for some reason you're not happy with the posted rates. Caragh is just amazing, she's always there to help when she's available. And will call you right back if she's busy at the time you're calling. We've been working with her going on 3 months now and I can't ask for a better broker. She's very transparent and that means a lot me. We look forward to

Booked a load from KY-IL for the following day. Broker said she is sending it over. Waited over an hour to call back and find out they booked it with some other carrier who underbid me. Could have at least sent me an email or given me a call. Maybe next time I'll book a load with you guys and not show up or give you any warning.

Those brokers don't know what the hell they are doing, and those brokers all they do low ball everybody, after you book the load with them then they will start to call you like crazy and email. but they will not be going to call the shipper to let them know you are coming, and you have to wait more than 3-5 hours at the shipper with no detention, same thing with receiver, they are very very very very very very unprofessional,all they how to thread you all day long, i will never recommend them for any one and not even my enemy.

My experience with Flock Freight has been through my company's account manager, Hanna Yap. She is friendly, helpful, responsive and detailed. Really appreciate the hard work that goes into giving quick quotes and making sure the upon booking, the door to door process is smooth but when there are inevitably hiccups, Hanna and team have been communicative and on it to get everything back on track.
