Wealth management services in San Diego are a dime a dozen. I had no idea what to look for in a financial advisor but luckily I was already using Brian Grigg for my personal and corporate taxes. Brian is a licensed CPA and PFS, so he manages my 401k, life insurance, personal taxes and corporate taxes. 3 years ago, I had no financial planning in motion. Now, because of Brian's knowledge and guidance, I do and it feels great. He took the time to actually explain and educate me about the importance of controlling my finances right now. Brian was very professional, and was extremely nice. Brian seemed very knowledgeable about tax laws and investment strategies.
I think I must have caught Brian at a busy time, as he didn't seem to invest his skillset into my requests. The tax projection he produced was wildly inaccurate, and he gave very poor investment advice that I'm quite glad I didn't listen to.
In short I paid $500 for an inaccurate tax projection that I had to correct, and investment advice that would have cost me a large portion of money had I listened.
