Worst experience I’ve ever had with tanning. The advice given for the spray tan was the follow the picture directions. They only show how to position yourself. The machine tells you what position is next. The music was so loud that I couldn’t hear it say turn. I had to pay twice to get the front and back sides done but it missed the sides of my body. I was charged twice only to go home and see that 100% of the sides of my body didn’t have the spray tan. My only option was to wash it off. The desk person was nice but that doesn’t justify having to pay twice for nothing.

Best place to tan in Eugene for sure. Beds are super clean and lights always seem new and very friendly and by far the best prices in town ....never once have I walked in and been looked at like they thought they were better than me like I have at some other tanning salons. Would give more stars if I could.

I went to HM to tan in September of last year. I was under the understanding that my "contract" was only 4 months long as there is a 4 month minimum. Unbeknownst to me there has been a charge of 82.50 every month since. I am embarrassed to say I did not look at my amazon card (credit card on file). Its amazon and I buy a lot and just continued to pay the bill. As soon as I realized this just yesterday, of course I called them only to find out that I have given them almost 1000. over the past year without realizing it. I spoke with the owner and basically begged for a little mercy as I kinda live

First time at HM tan
The employee working at front desk did not greet me, instead continued to be working on the computer until I said something. She seemed annoyed that I was there? It was really awkward. Another customer came in and she (the customer) was nicer and more welcoming than the employee. I asked her a bunch of questions since she was actually able to answer them. While the customer service was bad, I gave the tanning a chance. I went full time in their highest bed. I tan very easily and even with one of their highest bronzing lotions I looked the exact same and never developed a tan
