Services
Stitchworks, founded in 1995 was originally designed to provide cost affective embroidered goods to their local community in Rochester, N.Y. Since that time Stitchworks has grown to become a supplier to much of the upstate New York area. In keeping with their intent to keep cost effective pricing, the Stitchworks policy has always been to keep as much of the production costs as possible in house.
Our school varsity jackets are wool jackets with leather sleeves are available in a varity of colors. Jackets start at $230.00, which includes school name and one sport. Additional charges for second or third sport, sewing on patches and name. Please call the store for details. HORRIBLE!
This place is so unprofessional, disorganized, and they are thieves! There was an order placed for skirts that were not in stock, the order was placed by my daughter's father and was told that ONLY HE could pick up the order, do returns, exchanges, etc. He went in to pick up and was told that a woman came in already to pick them up yesterday. They said they would look into it and would call and were very rude and unprofessional. There should be nothing to look into if clearly the order was given to someone else other than her father! do not use them they are thieves! this was approximately

Its a nice store. I come here with my family to get school uniform. Never stocked when i arrive. My sibling will be going in old uniform that is no longer being used as a school-wide thing. The school and store should have known there would be a rush of familys since they spoke with the school director the day of the schools open house. Sadly i came a week PRIOR and there was also a lack of everything. Same with last month. Not sure if its the time we get to the store but i feel the school and store should provide more uniforms since this year the new uniform is mandatory. Overall the customer
