Was scheduled for an estimate on 02/17/20 by a guy named Jose and they never showed up. Called the next day and they claimed they tried to confirm the appointment with me and had the wrong number so they didn't show. Re-scheduled for 02/20/2020 with the correct phone number and nobody showed up again. Called them up on Friday and I guess they knew who I was because they just put me on hold for 15 minutes and never came back on the line. Avoid if you’re expecting for people to not waste your time waiting for them.

After the call the service man came out the following week on time and was very pleasant to deal with. We had actually scheduled for the following Friday but the owner called and said that he had the availability to move us up one week. What? That's never heard of! I was delighted. The two men doing the work at the office were friendly and courteous, they were very clean and organized. Wherever they worked they laid down cloth to make sure they weren't going to make a mess. After the work was done, one of the service men gave us a run down of what to do and what not to do with the newly tinted

We called this company because we needed some privacy Frost film for the offices in our building. So they came to give us an estimate. The guys gave great suggestion on how we could save some money, which was surprising. We got 3 estimate and there’s was the lowest but we didn’t choose them because of that we choose them because we felt most comfortable with them. Communication was great, they always answered the phone Calls and responded to ever email. We had over 100 windows that needed tinting so we wanted to make sure we choose the right company and this definitely was the right company

I called to get some privacy film for my business, Jose was very professional. He came 2 days later and gave me a free estimate with no pressure sales gimmick . i was excepting a black film but he recommended a slight reflective film. It was the perfect look and it gave us the privacy we wanted. 5 star team.
