James and his family immigrated from Corleone, Sicily, when he was a young child and settled in California. James A. "Jimmy" Quaglino later founded Quaglino Roofing almost 100 years ago in 1922 in San Luis Obispo, California. The company Jimmy founded has grown over the years and is now operated by the 3rd and 4th generations, his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The company has grown and expanded over the past 99 years and includes work statewide, concentrating mostly on commercial roofing projects. Our customers include: The State of California, counties, cities, universities, most school districts, utility companies and private property owners (commercial and residential projects) to name a few.

Quaglino Properties was formed in 1986 for the purpose of investing and developing commercial and residential real estate. We specialize in development, construction, leasing, maintenance and management of Quaglino owned properties. We provide a wide range of commercial lease spaces that include; flex office/shop, retail, office uses, food services and personal services, from the single-use tenant to larger complexes.

Discovered a crack in our skylight just as the rainy season arrived. Called several roofers after talking to a glass company and being told that the roof itself would have to be disturbed to replace the skylight.
Quaglino was the only one of five roofing companies who actually answered the phone. No one else bothered to return my call after leaving messages for all of them. For this, they get two stars.
The reason they only get two stars is because of what's (not) happened since they picked up that phone. A very pleasant lady told me they were booked out for eight weeks, just to have someone

Spoke with a nice lady ask for a quote. Somebody will call you. No calls for two days so I called back left a message. No call back. I wanted a second quote so I called back for third time and spoke with the same lady. "I'm sorry I will have somebody call you back. NEVER Happened. HAhaha Anyway you look at it this it speaks poorly for....Amy company.
