I will definitely recommend Never Nest to anyone I know with a Pest problem. I called this morning regarding a squirrel situation and Never Nest was at my Mom's house in 30 minutes to see if we had set up the trap properly and gave great advice regarding the removal of our "guest" and how to prevent this happening going forward. Thank you for your help in turning this situation around!

I contracted them for a retail commercial building that had problem with wasps coming in from the roof. The contractor came out and was already equipped with a extended ladder to access the roof. He found a vent that was not capped properly and a nest. He took care of the problem and was extremely professional with our tenets. He even provided pictures of the roof top areas of concerned.
Other services wanted to me to send a year long contract but these guys just came out and took care of business!

Another fantastic job by Nevernest. Some animal had somehow gotten into my house and was hiding in my walk-in closet. There was no way I was going to peek my head in there to figure it out, so it was Nevernest to the rescue. Rich was able to identify the critter just by my description of the havoc it had caused. He personally came out, on a Sunday night, to handle it. In he went to my barricaded bedroom (I had closed the door and lined the bottom with bath towels) and less than 10 minutes later he came out with a squirrel in a cage. I woke up today to hear a bird had gotten into my bathroom vents somehow! I have house guests arriving today so not a good situation! I called Nevernest and they were able to send a team out within about 1 hour. The two guys arrived on time, were very professional and they completed the nest removal, clean out, fogging, and placed a guard to prevent any future issues. They completed the work within 30 minutes! They even managed to work around power lines that were near where the nest was. I would recommend this to anyone! Recommending to all my neighbors.

Just an update... I saw that Thad, the owner had left a note for feedback on his company, so I thought, well, why not. Well, here's why not. This man talked over me constantly, didn't really care what I said until halfway through the conversation and then told me that in fact, the stuff they used shouldn't have ANY tenants in the apartments being treated! He also told me not to worry, that I would not have to deal with the two "techs" who had come previously (there was a scheduled appointment for the next day), and he would send someone new or even come himself. I would love to say how well these guys did their job, but considering they told our landlord they were here at 3pm, and it's now 6pm with no show from the exterminator (and our whole building is here waiting for him, so obviously we were here), I have no choice but to give a 1 star review. No call back from their messaging service even though our landlord and everyone in the building has been calling them. Terrible customer service.

I used this company because the previous review was so high. I have a clothing moth infestation which I found in my bedroom closet. The first time I called, they sent out an exterminator, and he sprayed the closet. He did not leave any traps, and I did not know any better or I would have asked for some.
One month later, the moths showed up again, just as bad as the first time. I called again, this time they gave me a discounted rate since the first time didn't take. Another guy came out, left out a few traps in the living room and bedroom. In the meantime I had removed all clothes
