Is amazing to work with! She is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable in the real estate. We started our house hunt remotely from Louisiana and were not sure if we could find a home in this crazy market. In this market, and as an out of state buyer she got us an absolutely beautiful house that is BELOW the appraised price, without ever looking at the house physically. Her whole team from Heather to Guild are an absolute delight to work with. She was always patient and pointing in the right direction for us. She always made sure we were informed. I never ever had to hunt her down for updates. And she was pre-prepared with offer before we even thought of putting an offer on the house. If we liked it she sent it our way in a matter of minutes. My boyfriend and I just moved to Utah a few months ago (and were also first time home-buyers!) Lindsey was such a great agent to us.
