I had went previously to another vet in town and had my dog neutered. After a really bad experience, horrible post sutures on my poor little dog, then horrible staple job to same dog, and then vet having horrible people skills and customer service I was in desperate need of finding a new vet immediately to get the staples removed. I called Pioneer and they got an appt for us, took care of my fur baby and then these wonderful people didn't even charge me !!!! They removed the staples from a horrible vet and squeezed me in and took care of my baby because they care ! Thats a truly caring vet and

My cat was having an emergency issue and I was able to get him in same day. The office staff and doctor are working within my budget to give my cat the best possible treatment and care. Office staff is very responsive. I highly recommend this vet clinic. It’s a little over an hour drive for me to get there, but I will now make them my primary for all my animals needs.

By far one of the best veterinary clinics in the area. Anyone that knows me knows how much I love my dogs and I wouldn't take them anywhere else . The staff is incredibly nice, do great work, and their prices are unbeatable. On a Sunday afternoon I had to have an emergency surgery done on my dog to remove a ruptured tumor from his neck and total cost was under $300. Othello wanted $800 for the after-hours call Plus the price of the surgery. My only complaint is that they leave me with nothing to complain about lol.
