Where do I even start? We had a young lady named Brooklyn and I just want to say she is seriously the absolute best. From when she greeted us to when I walked out the door she made sure my daughter and me were satisfied with our hair cuts and style before we walked out, she was very attentive and patient and I seriously appreciate her so much for it! I was so nervous to get a hair cut because it has been a while and it was my daughters first time to get a hair cut and she make sure we were happy! Also I wear a head covering and the young lady at the front desk offered me a space with a curtain

Love this salon! Very trendy and clean. I've been going to Lauren for a few years now for highlights/cut, and cannot say enough positive things. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and communicates with you throughout the entire process. I always receive so many compliments after I get my hair done. I would recommend Lauren and Ashley Adams to anyone who is looking for a new salon in the Strongsville area.

Just moved to the area and Lauren was recommend by a friend. She is not only adorable personality wise but amazing at results. I wanted blonde highlights and she got me there right away. Highly recommend her plus she is MA and always looks stunning.

My husband and I chose this salon and Megan as our stylist for our first haircut after quarantine. I am very very happy with both our cuts. Michael looks professional and handsome again and my hair hasn't looked this great in years! Megan is excellent and listened to both of us and what we wanted and made great suggestions and then did a great job. We will be going back for future cuts.

Went to get a hair consultant with Alyssa. Since it has been at least a year in a half since I cut my hair was a bit nervous. Was greeted by the receptionist with a friendly smile. Alyssa asked what I want to do with my hair I told her and she actually knew what I was asking for. She was very kind and friendly made me feel very comfortable.
After Alyssa was finished cutting my hair and I got to see it I was extremely pleased with what she did. It was exciting to see that I now found a salon that will cut my hair exactly the way I ask for it to done.

I had yet another beautiful haircut with Lauren yesterday. She also gave me a lovely deep brown shade I adore. The salon is bright and clean, with a friendly staff. This is MY salon!

I finally left with a genuine smile on my face after leaving this salon, Chelsea was great, did my hair like i wanted and gave me some tips to get the style at home. My hair was long and i needed a change, no time for me with 3 kids, im happy with my hair cut and a style to be comfortable in every day! My hubby loves it and couldn't stop smiling at me! Finally someone who can do beach waves! Unlike my old salon😒.... thanks so much Chelsea and Ashley Adams Salon for making my day and making me feel great about my change! Will be my salon forever 💕

Kait just did my hair and I have never been so happy with a cut, EVER!!! She was amazing!!! I wanted to keep the length but get rid of split ends, and she did SUCH an amazing job with the cut! She listened carefully, went in soft, and just easily communicated about what to do! I'm SO thankful for her expertise and her wonderful attitude - she cut my fiancé's hair as well, which looks amazing. We are SO thankful that we found Kait before our wedding day - THANK YOU!!!!

I was a first time client to Ashley Adams Salon this past week and chose Lauren to be my stylist. She did an amazing job on my dark brown to copper balayage. She explained every step along the way and was very gentle with every step. She is also very friendly and easy to talk too! Thank you for a great first experience!

I absolutely love coming here! Lauren really pays attention to what you're looking for and did an amazing job with my color. I always like to switch it up just a bit (usually seasonally) and she always gives great recommendations on what to do. Can't wait for my next appointment!

This review is long overdue, but I absolutely love this salon! Alyssa has been doing my hair for 3 years now and she always listens to what I want and I leave the salon feeling so happy and confident about my hair! She's the best! I really like the text reminders for your appointment and the fact that they have free popcorn and water :)

Absolutely thrilled. Will never go anywhere else, this is my forever salon and I absolutely love my stylist Chelsea, she had a great personality and made me feel as if I was top priority while I was in there. She made me feel extremely confident before and after my new hair do. She definitely guides you in the right direction which we can all agree is what we need from our stylists. Ashley Adams Salon is BY FAR the best salon experience I've had yet. Alyssa really took the time to figure out what exactly I wanted to accomplish & made it happen! She understood that I like a "low maintenance" look (as my hair grows out it blends together well with my lightened ends) Resulting in my ultimate goal of longer/healthier hair ( as well as extended time between my coloring appointments) I will never go elsewhere !

After many bad haircuts from stylists who don't listen to their customer, I found this salon on Yelp. It had great reviews so I made my appointment with Megan. She is amazing! If you are looking for a stylist who listens and gives you exactly what you are looking for, see Megan! I wish I could give her 100 stars. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me the haircut I had before the past stylists went rogue on me. It still needs to be grown out since the last stylist did whatever he wanted (hacked my hair off about 5") but she is encouraging me to be patient and in the mean time

Absolutely love coming to Ashley Adams! They always send me reminders and call when I have an appointment so I never forget. Nina does an amazing job every time I go to her! I never know what to do to my hair and Nina is a genius. I've never been complimented so much when I get my hair done by her. The cut and color is always flawless. The whole staff is very friendly when I go, and always feel welcomed when I walk inside the door. If you don't know what you want to do with your hair, go see Nina!

Hi all. I was greeted with a warm welcome, offered a beverage and made to feel so comfortable by everyone there. Those things are all nice but I was getting long hair cut short! I was stuck in the bun zone for years! My stylist was vicktoryia... she was not scared to dive right in. My hair is thick and she knew where to thin it. Every snip the scissors made I felt like weight lifted off me. She was never once nervous about me going from long to short. The cut,I have is a chin length A line with volume in the back. All I can think is why didn't I do this sooner! BTW the place is beautiful

I love this salon and I love Stephanie! I've been going to her for awhile and I followed her to this salon and she is the best at doing my hair! I highly recommend her and this salon. The whole staff here is nice and friendly here as well. I definitely will be going here for awhile:)

I had a friend recommended this salon and I was a little worried because I've never been to a salon before ! But it turned out better than I could ever imagined! The staff is super friendly and there was never just an awkward moment. Alyssa work is amazing and I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair now. I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Ashley Adams is a great salon ! I've been a customer for about ten years. Sherry is an amazing stylist. All of the stylists/staff are friendly and welcoming. They carry a great selection of product lines - Matrix, Biolage and Goldwell. The remodel gives an upscale feel to the salon- clean, organized and very professional looking. This salon knows how to treat customers well and make them feel appreciated and valued.
