Critical: Professionalism
The customer service is very rude and also changes time on pick up without telling you and then blames you for it (charge you for weeks they do not pick up trash) horrible horrible customer service

We use BSS for residential pick up for trash and recycling and have had a good experience. I especially appreciated that they drove by again to see if our recycling barrel was out when I was running late putting it at the curb. Our pick up guys also left a little note wishing us a Merry Christmas. They didn't have to do either thing and I noticed and appreciated their kindnesses!

We want to say thank you for taking good care of us. We failed to put out our trash the day of our pickup, witch is usually about 4am. However, upon realizing it I called and the truck was just “around the corner”. With that being said, the lady in the office worked it out with the gentlemen in the truck to help us out. Thank goodness we had smelly watermelon in there.

Critical: Quality
Was told a second can put out for them was too heavy for driver, find that amazing as I rolled it almost 200 ft to the road in my power wheelchair? Not first time I’ve had problems with them, they busted my mailbox post and did half add job fixing it and tool a week to do it.

They leave trash all over our road, They have missed our trash can for 2 weeks now even though it's right by the road. I watched them go to my neighbors house and the trash truck picked up a RECYCLING bin. It's a shame on how poorly these guys do there job.

Called for commercial dumpster, account was set up in 5 minutes over the phone. Dumpster arrived earlier than expected, and was in new condition. New paint, great shape 4 yrd dumpster. Company takes care of their trucks just from appearance wise, and their facility. Great local business. Keep the money local!

These winners tried to compact a 3 gallon jug of peanut oil which exploded like a bomb all over the street in front of my house and now all that oil is getting run through by every car that drives by and tracked all over my neighborhood. I set the oil on top of the trash so if they didn't know how to handle it they could leave it and I would handle it, but I was told if I resealed it they could dispose of it safely so that's what I did. When I called twice to try and get them to clean up the mess they made they basically told me both times that their incompetence and mess was now my problem and

This is the best Sanitation company to have! The office staff have been friendly from the time we signed up and the truck drivers have always been nice as can be! We are always informed of any changes in the schedule because of holidays and are never left in the dark like some of the bigger businesses do. Definitely an awesome family owned and operated business that cares about their customers and community as a whole!

We have had BSS for 2 years and I have had to call every couple weeks to request that they not leave the trash can in the middle of the driveway. The owner’s reasoning is that it’s a dangerous spot, busy two lane road with a lot of traffic, which I understand. However, the same reason it’s ‘dangerous’ for your men to take the extra time to roll it back on to the grass is the exact same reason it’s dangerous for us to stop in the middle of the highway to move the trash can out of the way! We feel like we have been reasonable, giving them ample times to correct the issue (2+ years), but

We were forced to switch to this company when Trash Unlimited sold out to them. We have had nothing but problems since. So much confusion about what days we're being moved to and trash not being picked up when we have it out. My husband had it out last night before at 2am when we were told to but it's still there today. GPS on truck apparently had it there by our house around 4:30am. Either someone is lying or truck didn't even stop to get the cans. I honestly don't know, but it's so frustrating We never had these problems with Trash Unlimited. I hate that BSS has a monopoly on the area now. Three
