When you walk into the shop you wouldn’t think it but this joint gets the job done. When he busts your phone open on his desk you might have a little panic attack if you aren’t used to a phone repair man of his caliber. Seriously I don’t know if it’s true or not but I hear he worked in Santa’s shop and that’s where he got his lightning fast super steady/nimble hands. This is “my guy”. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the quality or quickness. I’ve never had a busted screen or smart device issue that the man couldn’t fix. I know his prices are the best. Thank you, Ethan!

I would definitely recommend this guy and will use him again. He had my daughter’s cracked screen fixed with new glass protector on it and new durable phone case on in about 20 minutes. And price was very reasonable. Very, very good service!!!

This place is literally the only place I will go from now on to get my phone screen replaced. Everywhere else wanted $90-$120 to replace my screen and said it would take 45-1hr to fix. He done it for around $50 and it took less than 10 minutes. Will definitely go here from now on.

Took in an iPhone 6 with a dying battery. We were fixed and ready to go in less than 30 min. Very fast and friendly, planning on referring friends and family to Ethan and I plan on continuing to do business with him.

I have been to different repair shops in Longview and this is by far the best person I have ever been to. He fixed my iphone8 plus screen in about 10 minutes or less and he did not charge me an arm and a leg. He was also incredibly kind. I highly recommend coming here to get your phone repaired.

He’s fast. I’ve taken 5 phones there. I just went 2 weeks ago again. 5 min after having it I got outta my truck and watched it hit the ground! So it looks like I’ll be going back next week on my way to canton. Great service!!

Took a working ipad with a loosened screen (previous owner replaced a broken screen successfully, but didn't have the tape to affix the screen properly to the frame and bezel, it would come loose and almost fall off if laid bottom up) to reglue/tape the screen and bezel. He removed the screen by cutting the ribbon cable for some unknown reason. He gave no explaination as to why ( my guess is he crimped and broke the ribbon by mishandling the screen). Told me a new screen would be X dollars plus installation. But there was "no charge for the work done today"!!

Ethan fixed my iPhone 6 quickly, fixed the bent the case (a previous repair place was unable to do so despite two attempts) and did the screen repair EXTREMELY quickly. Although I would like to be able to say I won't have to go back bc I don't break another screen, the truth is I'm sure I will. I will definitely go back to Longview iPhone Repair. I definitely recommend it!!!

I brought in my daughter's Iphone 6S that was in pieces. She had to put it in a baggie at school until she could get it home. More than a screen issue, she had managed to mess up the powering up of the phone. Mr. Langley would not give up and went the extra mile to save this phone. I went in for screen repair, but our phone received a massive overhaul. I am so delighted by the positive, quick response. We were only a couple of months into contract with no insurance, so we have been saved a ton of money in the long haul. I HIGHLY recommend this repair company.
