I have gone to this office for years and love the doctors here however, in the last year the service has gone downhill tremendously and the prices have gone up I called to try to get an appointment was put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up! When I called back she tried to put me on hold again when I told her she already put me on hold and I got hung up on she treated me very rudely and asked me if I was sitting in the office I told her I was trying to make an appointment to be seen today and it was then when I was told there was nothing available I will not be returning to this office

I saw the Physician's Assistant Jackie Fonua (not doctor) today & was treated with absolute disrespect. I have been coming to Jordan Meadows Medical center since I was a child & have always had an amazing experience with every other medical provider & staff in the office. She disregarded my concerns, belittled me & her front desk staff for even scheduling the appointment. Then proceeded to tell me no other medical provider could help me especially in their office. I came up to the front very frustrated & luckily one of the front desk receptionist was able to refer me to another medical provider

I’ve never had anything but problems with the front desk here.Nobody ever calls me back, I get hung up on, I get put on hold without being told I’m going to be put on hold and then hung up on again, in a single hour I’ve been hung up on 7 times, I’ve ALWAYS had to wait 30+ mins to be seen even with an appointment, they tell me I don’t have appointments when I’ve clearly set appointments. It’s ridiculous. It may be a half hour drive to the Hunter location vs a 8 min drive to here but I’d gladly take it any day of the week cause all they do at the Jordan location is run me in circles

There appears to be no doctors here only nurse practitioners running the place. They frequently foul up & don’t take blood for tests that were ordered & don’t call in prescriptions. I’ve had more than a few times it took 3 days for them to get my antibiotics called in when I was ill. Prn Larsen used to be caring but seems to have misplaced that & now they just want to run as many people through as possible.

I suggest avoiding this business. I've been there a few times now. I've never left impressed but my last visit was very disappointing. I showed up on time. One of the staff members behind the front desk had what appeared to be her daughter with her behind the desk playing video games. I was escorted to a room about 5 minutes after my arrival. I waited in the room for 40 minutes until a doctor came in. The doctor was very nice but I cannot overlook waiting 45 minutes to see him. He recommended a blood draw and I went ahead with that. It has been over a week and I haven't heard back from them. I

I have had positive experiences with the Nurse Practitioners and PAs in the past. However, the challenge they have here is their business process and online scheduling. I went online to schedule an appointment. It clearly states that it is only a request and that they will call you back. Approximately 10 minutes later, I received an email that said "request confirmation". Apparently, that means they've confirmed your request not the appointment. I never received a call back confirming the appointment or requesting that I schedule a different time. With no call back, an email that I thought told

What a wonderful place! I came through the ER at 6am today. Shortly after, I was admitted and my surgeon came and spoke with me. This is by far the most amazing hospital I have base to stay at. The most amazing bedside manner has been provided by all staff AND, we just met one of the managers who came to introduce himself and make sure there were not any concerns with my care. Amazing!

Called on a Monday and got the voicemail (they were legit probably at lunch, so that’s understandable). Left a message per their request and received no call back. Set up an online appointment instead later that day for Thursday and was advised I would be notified if the appointment had been confirmed. Called the next day to follow up around 4:30 pm to confirm myself as I had not been contacted yet. Was immediately asked if I could be put on hold (which is completely valid. Doctor’s offices are BUSY especially with it being flu season.) A minute later, they asked if I could wait another minute
