During your eyelash fill appointment, your stylist removes long or overgrown extensions and replaces those that have naturally shed since your last visit.

I had a wonderful experience with Shelley. I'm doing my lashes for last 5 years and I had to find a new place due to the move. I found Shelley's work on IG and I was waiting for her weeks to get in the schedule and she did not disappoint. The set looked slightly different than I'm used to yet turned out to be a perfect set for me. What I loved the most is the application skills she has - my lashes are literally WEIGHTLESS!!! The way she has put them in was probably best application Ive ever had. Highly skilled professional, I would recommend her with confidence

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE This eyelash extensions salon. It truly is my favorite. I haven’t been to this one in particular, but it’s 3 minutes walking distance from my home 🏡) I added some photos of me with extensions and then the last 2 are without extensions. One is with mascara, but I don’t have enough eyelashes to make it look long. Another MAIN thing that I absolutely LOVE is that you get to lay down (I’m soooo relaxed that I fall asleep!! I have been coming here for a few months now and got my hybrid lashes done by Candy. I have her since her apprentice days and she has shown improvement in speed and quality. My lashes got complimented on all the time!
She is extremely careful, and the results really show. My lashes usually last a good two to 3 weeks and I use Talika serum daily to keep them strong and healthy.
I am trying out their lash lift service now too because I got lazy and kind of miss rubbing my eyes, washing my lashes without worrying about ruining them and putting on mascara since I have so many left.

I'll disclose that I did do the special for $50. I've never gotten lash extensions so I didn't wanna Pay an arm and a leg for them. I wanted to get the feel of it first .
I won't disclose the name of the stylist. I will say she was rude. If I asked any questions she would just nod it answer with one word . When I asked her how to take care of them at the end, she just said "I'll just give you a brochure". The salon is an open concept and I can hear the stylists around me explaining step by step

I love going here for my eyelash extensions. I had never gotten any before, and they were great from me booking my appointment, to the session itself. For my first appointment I had my first appointment with Debbie and she did a great job explaining what to expect and how to take care of my lashes before my next refill. For my refill I got Shelley for my appointment and she was super sweet and did a great job as well. I’ll definitely continue going there for My eyelash extensions.

I went to a lash technician in Walnut creek. She charged me 150$ for a Volume full set and free lash removal. I learned that the price here is very high compared to other lash salons, but the quality is below average. My lash technician said the glue they used is really cheap and low quality.
Do your research ladies, there are better and cheaper options out there!

I am not happy with the service I have been getting from The lash Lounge. I have gotten my appointment rescheduled 3 times in a row. The first time I drove all the way down there because I was not notified. Turns out they had the wrong number on file and email. As a result, I end up having to wait a few weeks to get in after their cancellation. Recently, I was supposed to go in for a fill but they had to re schedule me again for the 3rd time now I'm forced to wait an extra 2 and a half weeks. I am very happy with my service! They didn't have any appointments that fit my schedule at first but once someone cancelled, Kirby (store manager) called me right away to book into the cancellation! He was so kind and accommodating.
I saw Candace and she was wonderful! She did exactly what I asked for and was so thorough. She took her time making sure I got every lash. And she was so sweet and fun to talk to! I booked both my next fills with her :)

Michaella is fabulous, truly thankful for her. She works around my crazy schedule and is so accepting and accommodating! And her skills are TOP NOTCH! I wanted a natural hybrid set to appear more natural yet visible and cat eye... she nailed it! And cared about my lash health.
