I had a really awesome experience with Mallory towing! I called at 10am on a Sunday afternoon and they informed me they could be out in about 3 hours. Matt showed up around the estimated timeframe. I was stuck on a sandy road and needed my car pulled out. He winched it out with no damage to my car! Prices were reasonable for the job. The estimate I got is what I ended up paying! I will definitely be using them again for any future towing needs!

Mallory Towing helped us out when we had a tire blowout and a broken lug nut that wouldn't come off. Got a tow about 20 miles for $125. Not too bad for a tow I guess. They'll add a small percentage if you pay with a credit card (versus cash). Only big negative was it took two hours for the driver to arrive. Part of that can be blamed on State Farm for erroneously cancelling our service request after the driver told us over the phone we would need a tow (versus roadside service) since he couldn't fix the lug nut issue. Stuck at a rest area, after our car wouldn't start. Once out insurance company got our request straight, there were 4 of us. Matt was sent with the flat bed and took us to a hotel, before dropping our vehicle off on at the dealership. Truck was clean and smoke free, a plus for us. Thanks for the help in the middle of the night.
