Great experience with Mass Energy Experts over the winter. Bought a house in October that has some strange aspects to it, notably a few non-insulated areas and a rough, unfinished (dirt floor) basement. Did a virtual audit, and they sent over their recommendations. Stephen, the auditor, went to bat with Eversource to get some special approvals above and beyond what they normally approve, because the situation in our basement was outside the norm. The project ended up being a bit more work than anticipated, but they were able to hold the budget. Everything came out great, everyone was very helpful

The staff arrived on time and was very friendly and communicative. They did a good job with the insulation. One of them, the inspector, did a thorough check of the current insulation in our upper floor, and discovered that it was already good. So we were able to save money as a result!

Mass Energy Experts was completely professional from start to finish. Between Adam in the office walking me thru everything, to Chris on site showing me everything he was going to do and then showing the completed project, they were thorough throughout the whole process. Very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

First time using mass save. Due to covid the assessment is virtual - by photos and phone conversation. It was very efficient and the assessor quickly identified the home energy improvement items and booked the appointment for the insulation project. The staff showed up on time and did thorough and good quality work. Very responsive. Working place was neat. We are very impressed. Highly recommended.

Service was prompt and great. The time between I called the office and the work finished just in a couple of days. I suggest any energy improvement for a house, should alway consider mass save first. Mike and joe were very friendly, hard and quality workers. I highly recommend them.
