Went by and asked for a few small o rings which they had and I appreciated them. BUT when he said they HAD to charge $20. I decided not to get shafted and go to Marshall Industrial Supply who I had found to be good folks. And reasonable. I believe I purchased them for $1 a piece. Truth is he CHOSE to way overcharge and he didn’t have to. It’s the principle. Why lose a good customer in the future?
To clarify and respond. I was told there was a $20 minimum charge PERIOD. FYI Marshall has no minimum. The Orings at Snead were plain old Orings he fished out of an old drawer and that’s ok. It’s

Just moved to the area and brought in some equipment to have hydrologic hoses redone. Charged triple what I have paid in the past for hoses. One of the o-rings broke that they put in with the hoses. I went back to get a new O-ring and they charged $20 for the o-ring. Save your money and go somewhere else.
