NTG's mission is to encourage area children and youth to participate and pursue excellence in all aspects of gymnastics in a safe and friendly environment. NTG is a member of USA Gymnastics (USAG) and follows USAG guidelines for our facility, our training programs, and competitions, and our coaches are USAG-Certified.
We're proud of the achievement of our Girls' Competitive Team, which has qualified to compete at USAG-sanctioned meets since 2010. Enrollment rose to 133 kids with 13 classes being offered. Lisa was able to coach more in the winter and by spring 2010, 3 more classes were added and enrollment was 176.

Services
Northern Twistars Gymnastics follows the rules and policies of USA Gymnastics (USAG) which governs gymnastics education in the United States. We offer gymnastics programming year-round, with our 10-class sessions offered in fall, winter, spring and summer. After each session is completed, NTG conducts a Level Assessment to determine student advancement.
Climbing, swinging, hopping and rolling! These semi-structured classes are constructed in a way to build confidence, improve strength and develop coordination through the amazing world of gymnastics. With your guidance, your child will be encouraged to explore and challenge themselves in a safe and stimulating environment.
Has your child ever wanted to be a Ninja? Well here is their chance! Our Ninja program offers all the athleticism of a gymnastics class, all the discipline of a martial arts class, and all the excitement of freestyle movement! In our Ninja Classes, the young Ninja's learn flexibility, strength, tumbling, obstacle maneuvers, and the discipline found in martial arts.
Mini Cheer classes are designed to introduce Competition/All-Star style cheer to our youngest cheerleaders. This 45 minute class introduces skills in a fun and safe way. These mini cheerleaders learn arm positions, jumps, beginning tumbling, dance and age appropriate Level 1 stunting. Our recreational cheer class teaches the more mature athletes the basics of Competition/All-Star Cheer.
It is always our goal that all our gymnasts will take the road into competition. At the youngest age, we stress the importance of correct and safe techniques. We pride ourselves in offering quality instruction so that our students will find success within the sport. Competition is the final step of any sport: it gives us motivation, focus and confidence.
