Bridge Analyzers, Inc. has exhaust emissions analyzers, residual oxygen analyzers, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) headspace gas analyzers and case ready meat gas analyzers. Applications include standard exhaust gas instruments used as diagnostic tools for mechanics to test tailpipe emissions.
Specialized food packaging gas measurement in portable battery operated instruments provide food processors that are packaging using modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) processes a means to confirm that their packaging will deliver the extended shelf life which food manufacturers expect.

Services
For years, CO and HC measurements have been used for performance tuning. The Bridge 2 gas analyzer is differentiated by its use of modern infrared sensors and an integrated microprocessor. This full featured 2 gas analyzer (CO & HC) offers unparalleled convenience of a handheld unit with the reliability and simplicity of a modern digital gas analyzer.
The Bridge Analyzer 4 gas analyzer measures Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Fuel Dependent Hydro Carbons (HC), and Oxygen (O2). The analyzer comes in a hard case with all accessories as a complete, ready-to-use gas analyzer. Turn on the power switch, connect the hose and probe, push the Zero button.
Our series of rechargeable portable Ambient Gas Detectors are rugged, easy to use and have visual and audible alarms that notify the user when gas levels exceed specified limits. They can be calibrated by the user based on the type of environment being tested. They include a power supply to recharge the detector, as well as sample tubes that can be used to test the detectors against a standard reference gas.
Bridge Analyzers manufactures a series of modified atmosphere packaging gas analyzers, also known in abbreviated form as MAP gas analyzers. They are used for the measurement of the head space gas in gas flushed food packages. These include residual oxygen, tri-gas mix for case ready meat, carbon dioxide (CO2) mixes and elevated levels of oxygen.
For applications where a gas purge or air replacement process has been completed, a Bridge MAP oxygen analyzer will confirm the residual oxygen level in the final package. Coupled to a gas sample line, a sample needle is used to penetrate the package exterior. While extracting a sample of the modified atmosphere, the MAP oxygen analyzer will display an oxygen reading.
