$40/night to park in a parking lot with no hookups and people stacked on top of eachother. The north creek camping spots are on a ridge by the water, so fishers just walked all around and through our site. Like trying to camp on a pedesrtrian throughway on a busy street. Our site also had a slight fishy smell to it, from previous campers processing fish in the incorrect place. Due to no hookups, our immediate neighbors had to idle their RV's engine to use their items, which made our spot so loud that we had to raise voices to be heard. The shop area was completely packed, nowhere to park. Just

We love this campsite. Being able to book in advance takes away a lot of stress and anxiety and works better for our whacky schedule. The sites are all well maintained with picnic tables and firepit. its a short walk from any of the sites to Montana creek where there is a great beachy area to hang out, swim or fish. Take a short trip to Talkeetna and stop at Sheep Creek lodge for a great meal... makes for a fun well rounded trip for the family.

Super clean, nice big sites for tent camping and RV's. Friendly staff with a lot of knowledge of the area. Lots of fish from Kings, Silvers, Pinks and Chum. To Rainbows, Dollys and Grayling. Wildlife viewing of Bears, Moose and Eagles. Just a beautiful place to spend a weekend or even an extended stay if that's your thing. Close drive to Talkeetna for anything you might have forgotten.

My family and I are all born and raised Alaskan's we have travelled extensively throughout the state and stayed at many campgrounds. The Montana Creek Campground, specifically the Creekside Campsites (we booked 69 and 70) were absolutely awful. We got in late that night to find the "campground" is in fact a small parking lot area right next to the road, without any service, and no creekside view whatsoever. There was one porta potty for the 8-10 sites. The pictures are complete false advertising, and at 40$ a night for a dry site, I was sorely dissappointed. My partner and I left immediately and
