If we could rate this lower, we would. We were given a chair, planned to use it for a single day at Disneyland and the battery wouldn't hold a charge. We had to leave our disabled mother near outlets we had to find to charge the chair and it would last MAYBE 15 minutes before dying. ALSO- this store is not open during their posted business hours. We came on a Thursday at 4:30 and they were already closed, then again on a Friday at 2:30, and they were closed?! No one answered the phone either. This place ruined our vacation.

I bought a airmini cap for almost 800 bucks incomplete with out the hose kit
I called apria to program my cap and they were really surprised when I tell them that I have to buy the hose kit separate after I pay 800 bucks!!
I talked to the owner and she was really rude saying that no exchange are allow even if the product was sealed she is really unprofessional and that's against the return policy that they have on the website!!.

I'm not sure where people went to say that the staff is helpful and nice. We called in advance to ask about wheelchair rentasl and they said the price was $25/day. When we came in, they said that the $25 wheelchair is not for rent and they only had a $50 one available. We decided to rent it anyway due to prior plans. I came to return the wheelchair the next day alone and in crutches. Said, I came to return the wheelchair, but I do need a little help getting it out. The attendant on site barely looked up from her phone and said "we're not responsible for helping you with that. go

This company is the worst! They delivered a hospital bed that was not sanitized as promised. The rags I used to clean it were black with dirt so we did not use the bed. When I called to return it the following day, I was called a liar and told there was a $215 restocking and delivery charge. I was not allowed to discuss this absurdity of paying for an unusable product with the manager. Do not trust this company with your lives one's care!

Had a fall where I broke my right shoulder and wrist, I needed a lift chair
immediately. My daughter called Anaheim Medical supplies and they had one on the floor ready to go. the chair was beautiful and very comfortable, I found myself sitting and sleeping in that chair for 9 weeks.
One week ago, the USB port was not working, I called Yumel at the office and she set up an appointment the same week. Yesterday, George arrived to my home, mask on, very professional and polite took a look at my chair, It was not the control, I was using the wrong charging cord.
I am very pleased with the company

My go to medical supply store for my kids and I. This nebulizer was life saving it really helped my daughter. I liked it because of the seal and she didnt pay much attention that it was medication. I've never seen such a clean and organized medical store before. On our way to Cali for the weekend i needed a cpap mask. Instead of purchasing online I found Anaheim Medical Supplies online and decided to visit. They had a huge variety of masks in different sizes. They had different headgear's and full nasal masks as well. I tried on several masks until i found the perfect fit for me! Staff was so helpful and understanding of my wants and needs. I had a very pleasant experience. We'll definitely be keeping in touch for all our future medical needs!
