I was very pleased with the sales woman who answered the phone. She was extremely helpful in sharing a quote. Sadly, for me, the cost to have the shelves cut locally cost more than the cost to buy a glass shelf kit on line with all apparatus required to install.

We ordered a piece of glass to put on top of a desk. The glass ultimately looks nice but the customer service was not great. They took an extra week to get the glass to us and we never received any update without having to call them ourselves. Around the day I expected it would be ready, I called and they said it hadn't even been fabricated yet. I understand that things get delayed sometimes but if they would have just let us know, that would have been all we needed.

I called on two different days and the lady who answered the phone seemed to be bothered by the fact she had to answer it. On two different occasions they said they would contact me in the afternoon and make arrangements to come look at my window, They failed to do that with no call gave them a second chance ,same thing happened. would not recommend them to anyone,
