Bounce Hoppers (bounce house rental company). Bounce Hoppers bounce house rental company is owned by Scott and Jessica Cunningham. We have 5 boys and a Girl ranging from a pre-school, middle school, highschool, to adults. We also have 1 Granddaughter. Scott served 26 years in the military and have two son that also served in the U.S. Army.
A: We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. Delivery times vary it depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. We will call the Friday before to confirm a delivery time.
Common sense must always play a part in our decisions of whether or not to set up due to certain weather conditions. Therefore, these rules are not hard-and-fast, they are strong guidelines which we use to make sometimes tough calls that may effect your event. Please know that we always make decisions with the utmost concern for your Safety and our Liability.
Bounce Hoppers is a awesome bounce house rental company. Our customers agree. It was much larger than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise! They set it up in no time and arrived to take it down right on time! We were very pleased and will absolutely be using them again in the future! Scheduling flexibility and setup were a breeze!

Absolutely lovely experience. They were here an hour early to get us all set up and made absolutely sure everything was up and running. The kids had an amazing time and all the other parents at the party were asking for business cards. Very reasonably priced for a full 6 hours also. Will be renting from them again!

I have used this company 2 years in a row now for holloween/birthday party for my daughter. It was fun for all my niece's and nephew's and the neighborhood kids. About 15+ kids from age 1-14. Worth every penny. Our frist year was 2020 and had a small issue but the owner was responsive and assured me not extra charge for the issue. I also didn't ask for a discount because it was not keeping the kids from enjoying all the same. I will continue to use this company as long as it is in business. I ordered a bounce house with a set of tables and chairs for my sons 6th birthday party. Online ordering was quick and easy- and I immediately received a confirmation email. I received a phone call the day before my rental confirming when they would be coming out to set up. They arrived exactly when they said they would and got me set up quickly- all I did was show him where to place it. They all arrived right on time for pick up at the end and had everything gone in no time. BONUS- the guy sanitized everything before loading it back onto the truck!!!

Scott and his crew are amazing. We have used Bounce Hoppers for years and have always been more than satisfied with the bounce house. We use them for family and work picnics. They are always on time (if not early) and friendly. They give you calls when they are on their way to set up and pick up. The bounce houses are always clean. Years ago, before using Bounce Hoppers, we had bounce houses that were dirty with sand and another with dirt and grass. Never had this problem with Bounce Hoppers.

If I could give them a no star I would. The set up guy that set up was great. It was the owner who was horrible especially after I paid he had a bad attitude and was rude when I called. He hung up on me when I question the amount of time I had the bounce house as well as trying to ask him other question. I didn't get my bounce house for the amount of time I paid for and then was over charged. For the attendee time and he wasn't even there the full amount of time. I do not recommend this company it's fraudulent and I put in a fraud complaint as well as contacted authorities to further

We used Bounce Hoppers last year for my daughters 5th birthday. They were excellent. They showed up EARLY. The staff that came were very professional, the equipment was clean and they told us how to use the cotton candy machine. When everything was finished- they cam to pick it up, and I watched them clean, and scrub the bounce house so it would be ready for the next party. I was impressed. We will be using them again!
