Contacted Cactus RV to purchase a few simple parts for my Godfrey Tritoon. First contact went as expected. I was told the parts person ( yes they only have one parts person….) was busy so, I left a detailed message with the person I was speaking with. Waited 4-5 hours no call back.
Second contact, apparently the first detailed list of parts made during my first phone call never made it to the “parts guy” so I left a second detailed parts list.
Third contact, made the following morning. So, when the guy answered the phone this time I had to again tell him who I was and what I was calling

This has had to be one of the worst experiences in purchasing a watercraft No communication skills they verbally said one thing contract said another terrible finance dept even my credit union was shocked at the lack of professionalism and communication. Was told and promised various things and when confronted we were told that the owner was old and forgets what was promised. It's a family affair a word to the those who is reading this do yourself a favor go somewhere else if it sounds good it isn't from here purchase from a place that you can trust we ended up buying a poontoon from

I want to make sure, that no one else bothers purchasing ANYTHING with these clowns. We purchased a 30 thousand dollar toy hauler in March of 2017. CASH. Pulled it off the lot and over to a small trailer park across the street from them. While we were in it, we discovered our main window would not close all the way. Clearly a maufacture defect. Called ANGEL the service manager and HE and another worker came over to look at it. I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to do business with Phil and Phil Jr at Cactus Rv. We are actually from Phoenix, but after visiting numerous RV dealerships in the Phoenix area, I called Cactus RV in Tucson after noticing a trailer that I liked in their inventory. This place is the absolute worst. Bought a travel trailer last October. We've had nothing but problems with it since we bought it. We had a black tank leak first. Contacted them, as we had to get to to the dealer. Long story short, it took two months to get fixed. We've had lots of smaller problems. They say they'll send someone to fix it, but they don't. Limited space to bring it to their place for repairs. The owner is a world class piece of crap. Treated me, my friend and her father like trash. Very very shady, unscrupulous folks at this place. I bought my brand new Eclipse Stellar 32KSG RV in November. There are tons of minor issues that they promised to fix. They even included this in one of the contract documents that said it had to be fixed within 30 days. They replied with one email two weeks ago saying they will send someone to fix it. I haven't heard anything since.
The manufacturer says that the dealer has to fix it.

Best price, customer service and overall experience ever! We loved Sean and Angel and will never go anywhere else again. They were informative, straight forward and gave us a better deal on the price and worked hard to get us a great rate. I was very nervous but thorough while purchasing our first Travel Trailer, the Forest River Sonoma 280RBK. I researched almost every make and model in our price range. I went to 8+ RV dealers in Tucson and Phoenix to look at them before making my decision. Some are nearly identical. What it came down to was trust and helpfulness.
