Phil Knight (DBA Castle Home Improvement, LLC), has handled the lion's share of our maintenance needs for at least the past seven years. He has done almost everything imaginable for us, from plumbing and electrical to drywall and paint. Recently, he expertly installed several sets of surgical and treatment lights, and we couldn't be more pleased.

He came out, with an understudy, and spent 2 hrs of our time evaluating and suggesting-even beyond the projects we suggested...which was great. But then never followed up on my texts or calls. Terrible customer service....definitely was a waste of time. So sad that this is the way the profession can treat professionals...as this hasn’t been the first time.
