Well the morning didn’t start out well when my tenants sent a picture of their suite leaking at 8:30am. I called CES and by 9:10, Roger was standing under the leak with me. Then he climbed up on the roof, took some photos, emailed them to me so I could see what was going on and then explained the problem. Before 10am Roger had a tech out to repair the leak in the duct. So nice to have local businesses you can depend on like this to be quick in their response times. Thanks Guys. Will absolutely call if anything HVAC comes up again.

Not only the best customer service ever. This company went above and beyond helping me with all my needs, new windows, new heating and air, new hot water heater. We were struggling and had no way to pay for this on our own. This company was aware of programs out there that we took advantage of and we were able to get our house energy efficient. After the completion of all the installation and everything said and done, I didn’t have time to do the warranty sign up so the gentleman did it for me. I am forever grateful to this company. Referred a friend and they received the same exact experience

WHAT SERVICE!! We have a business over here in the business parks with a couple AC units on top of our suite. We started to smell something strange like burning electrical smoke or something. We unplugged all the appliances, checked everything we thought it could be and at the last stop, thought about the AC units. Keep in mind, it was over 100-degrees outside. Long story short, we had problems with the AC unit motor. We called CES and literally, the unit was fixed before 6am the following day. That is not a typo, before 6am the following day. That is some seriously impressive service! Thanks Roger

Great service and great price! They came in way below our quote from Costco. Full HVAC replacement in 2 days with a very challenging attic that I can barely fit in. They handle all the permitting and even help you schedule your final county inspection. Sales team was great too. They did not try to up-sell me at all. In fact they even talked me into a more modest system they said would work perfect for my size house.

Roger is great to work with. Goes out of his way to make the customer happy. My furnace broke down during a cold spell. Like everyone else I called, they couldn't fix it next day (they were the fastest at 4-5 days out). He lent us some space heaters over the weekend while we waited (excellent customer service). Move forward a year and our AC stopped working the day before a hot spell. As a former customer he personally came out when his techs were too busy (next day). He got us up and running.
