At Spinal Diagnostics & Regenerative Medicine ketamine infusions are used to treat chronic pain and mental health disorders. While ketamine has not been approved by the FDA to treat chronic pain disorders, IV Ketamine Infusion for the treatment of depression or other mental health and chronic pain disorders is an off-label use of this drug.

I've tried several times to contact this facility about scheduling an appointment for my wife. When calling I've left messages asking that I be contacted...no contact! I've left messages on their contact page on their website asking that I be contacted...no contact!
If you're currently not accepting new patients then at least give me a courtesy call to provide that information to me. Very disappointed! But...you're not the only pain management in town.

I moved to Colorado Springs in 2018. I was 69 years old and I had a 20 year history of back pain caused by the combination of years of skiing, running and other impact sports. I had a number of cortisone injections over that time and took anti inflammatory meds. I had given up golf and racquet sports and was almost entirely inactive because of the pain. I couldn’t seem to find a doctor in my old home town who could help me.
I heard about Dr. Meyer from Dr. Bob Foster, a retired orthopedic surgeon. I had been turned away from two other doctors but managed to get an appointment with Dr. Meyer

This review is way over due! I’ve been seeing Dr. Meyer for approximately 15 years and David Farron as well since he joined the practice. This is one doctor appointment that I truly look forward to, they always take such great care of me. They always have smiles on their faces and are ready to listen and take as much time as I need. Dr. Meyer has also referred me to some other amazing doctors for other medical needs I’ve had and I can’t thank him enough for that. They genuinely care and to me that’s priceless! And Nicki, their medical assistant, she’s simply the best!! She always makes

I've been seeing Dr. Meyers and Nicki for almost three years. I was referred to Dr. Meyers after a difficult diagnosis on neck issues and I was not ready for surgery. Dr. Meyers understood this, and he has become my most trusted advisor on my spine and neck health. I am so grateful that he digs into what is happening, looks at options, and offers suggestions.

I've been seeing Dr. Myers for about two years now and have even sent some new patients to him. I trust him completely and love the fact that such a trust exists. Sadly that's not always the case.
His MA Nikki is a delight and will always follow up with whatever you may need. I've also learned that if you take them homemade baked goods, they are always happy to see you.
I have had nine back surgeries and know that Dr. Myers will NOT let it be ten. I'm very fortunate to be under his care.

Dr. Salek has been a blessing to me sent from God! As far as I am concerned Dr Salek worked a miracle for me. I have suffered from severe pain spasms with severe spasticity for the past 11 years. Dr. Salek started me on ketamine infusions and an additional muscle relaxer which has controlled my pain spasms! I am hopeful he can one day make me pain free! I would recommend Dr. Meyer, Dr. Salek and PA Farron to anyone needing their specialized services. They are a great team!

Dr. Mark Meyer, Dr. Dave Salek, and the whole team at Spinal Diagnostics have allowed me to continue my career as a middle school teacher. Their compassion, expertise, and use of the newest medical advances have helped me to manage my chronic pain due to a condition I've had since childhood which has led to severe degenerative spinal issues along with knee and hip problems. During my initial consultation with Dr. Mark Meyer for chronic back pain, I never felt rushed as he intently listened, asked detailed questions about past pain treatments and fully explained a course of action with an understandable rationale. Oh - the office wait time is just a few minutes. Treatments are now proceeding with success. He and his staff are a true credit to the medical profession!
