Fitzwater's Assisted Living is the leader in senior living services for the Fairmont, West Virginia area. For over thirty-five years we have been providing elder care services. At Fitzwater's Assisted Living our residents are cared for and cared about just as if they are family. We strive for excellence and the total satisfaction of our senior residents and their families every single day.
Fitzwater's Assisted Living offers two different locations for our residents to choose from. With our two beautiful locations we have a total of 29 residential rooms. Our Chandler House offers 16 assisted living beds that provide a peaceful and relaxing senior living experience. Our additional facility is the Sterling Place, which offers 13 beds with the same relaxing and tranquil atmosphere as the Chandler House.
The Chandler House is one of two facilities offered by Fitzwater's Assisted living. This facility has accommodations for 16 residents. The Chandler House provides a homey atmosphere that is very inviting to prospective residents. The Chandler House is a Mediterranean style mansion that is over 105 years old.
The Sterling Place is the other of the two facilities offered by Fitzwater's Assisted Living. This facility has senior living rooms for residents. The Sterling Place is a large colonial style home that is 110 years old. With hardwood floors, coffered ceilings, pocket doors, and a mahogany fireplace this home has a relaxing atmosphere.

I applied for a position for night shift C.N.A and on the spot had my information taken and led to believe I was going to be hired. I called every other day for the next 2 weeks and was complimented on my patience and ambition for hire and led to believe I was going to be hired. After about 3 weeks of calling and being givin the "the run around" i was informed two new people was just hired the day before I called and I was to wait and see if they "worked out" before I would know anything new. This experience had led me to being unemployed for 3 almost 4 weeks.

I have known Don for many years and no way does he deserve a 1 star rating! He takes exceptional care of his patients, always makes sure they get the very best care with love and compassion! There must have been a reason why this person who gave him 1 star didnt get hired. I would recommend his facility to anyone who wants wonderful care of their loved ones!
