We have been using to action gear for about 3 years now. They are a small family owned business. The owner has gone out of his way to get us our shirts. On one occasion he met us after hours just to get us a sweat shirt for one of our employees. They have gone above and beyond for us and would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I visited Action Gear Embroidery, it was to inquire as to whether or not a piece of athletic equipment that I had could be embroidered with my name. I called beforehand, and the owner said that she would have to see the item, which is understandable.
I brought the pad in, and she pondered for about fifteen minutes before stating that she could do it, but didn't want to. I understand the importance of keeping one's equipment in good shape, so I accepted her decision, and thanked her for her time. She was very polite and friendly the entire time.
However, what bothered me is how pathetic it
