Car wash is decent but about half the vacuum hoses are always clogged and some are even missing. I would give them 4 stars if they get it together with the vacuums.

This place is garbage. I pay $25 a month and half of the vacuums aren't even here. The ones that are here have poor suction and the nozzles are missing.eff this place.

If you are looking for a quick drive-thru wash and wax, go for the $20 manager's special. Vacuums are decent if you have extra time to be that thorough.

Your prices are to high and the vacuums were not working. Plus wash didn't get my car clean and it had dead bugs on it still. Next time I will go to Red Carpet because they clean your car top to bottom for a few dollars more.

I got my car washed today at this location, went straight home afterwards, live less than 10 minutes away, and I park in my garage. Upon coming back out to my car to leave for work, I come to find that my car looks like it hasn't been washed in at least a week. I paid for the mangers special which was everything except for the ceramic sealant, which I ended up adding that on too.
This is completely unacceptable.

Today was my 3rd or 4th time to use Okie and I probably will not use it again. I got the $20 manager special and paid another $5 for the wax protection and I came out with the same bugs on my car that were there before I washed it. $25 wasted. I will find somewhere else to go too.

The front of my 2018 vehicle has just as many bugs as it did before I went. I don’t think spraying some stuff for 2 seconds is going to get it clean.

I live on the east side of Norman. Have been using Boomerang/Zips car wash. Today I used Okie Express and I loved it! So much better and the wash itself was superb!
