I agree with the last review from Sam. What a rude staff and I will never order flowers from them again. I had a similar experience last year ordering flowers for my aunt that is handicapped. She is older and can not come to the door as fast anymore and I told the staff that. The staff called me and told me that it was going to cost an extra $7 to deliver the flowers again. They said where my aunt lived is far and out of the area, which is not true. I live out of state, but I have been to Lowville many times and I know where the shop is and where my aunt lives and it’s not far. Horrible, despicable

I hate writing these. Especially in the aftermath of the pandemic world when everyone is struggling to staff their small business, but I think that makes it even more important to know where your business is appreciated. I try to shop small more than anyone I know and it has never burnt me until today.

Went in on impulse to send sick friend some flowers, a young lady waited on me she was really nice, then an older woman came in and told the young lady that she had a funeral to do and she (the older woman)would take care of “this”(me) the woman was rude and short with me. I guess because I had to look up the address and wanted daisies..I got a pointed lecture about how daisies weren’t available because the foreign market did something or other, I said Ok, never mind I’ll just do it later and left. This was my first time using Sunnycrest. My sister is in the Lowville nursing home and was going to celebrate her 85th Birthday. When I called everyone there was so nice and helpful such a nice experience. Lina (hope I have her name right) went above and beyond though. The hospital told me my sister could not have her flowers. This was heartbreaking. My sister has not been allowed visits since mid March. I wanted my sister to have something special to know how much she is loved and missed. I called Sunnycrest in tears. They told me they would contact the hospital. They took the time and made everything

Sunnycrest Flowers is THE BEST flower shop to work with in Upstate NY! They did all of my flowers for my wedding in the 1000 Islands and did an impeccable job. They completed my vision for the wedding by incorporating peonies, garden roses, hydrangeas, ranunculus, and much more. Further more, I got to enjoy my flowers for several days after my wedding as they held up so nicely. Cannot thank Angela, Heidi, and the team over at Sunnycrest enough!
