Mezzanine engineering & install on time and under budget. At the height of the pandemic we urgently needed to expand our production floor space, we put out an RFP to 4 companies, Arpac was the only company able to deliver our specific design on a tight timeline and under budget. Quality of their build is incredible and the guys on the install team were fantastic, super accommodating and eager to work around our production schedule. Highly recommend.

Ordered a forklift plate and it took 3 months to come in due to multiple miscommunications on Arpac's end in the ordering process as they had not initially ordered the part in the first place. Also had to chase them down to complete the invoicing process and their technicians showed up without being scheduled. Very disorganized and unprofessional in my communications with them
