Wanted a fence to contain my dogs in the backyard. I explained this to Cornerstone and was quoted over $6000 to have one installed. Saved up and pulled the trigger on this deal. The fence looks nice but does not contain my dogs ,which are not small (35-40lb dogs.) There are MANY spots where they are able to squeeze right underneath large gaps between the chain link and the ground. When I complained I was told it would cost thousands more to rectify this issue and they wouldn’t budge on cost considering the circumstances. Had I known the Cost up front it would take to have it done “right”

I ordered a fence in May. They said it would be unstalled in early June. Early June came and went and no one called me. I called and left a message and no one returned my call. Mid June I finally reached someone and they shared with me that I am now scheduled for end of July. My question was "when was someone going to tell me?" He reply was I will talk to someone during our meeting this afternoon. The lack of communication is the reason for the 1. I feel like they can do better. This is suppose to be a business.
