Really bad customer service. I paid $495 for micro blading that should have included two appointments. It was impossible to schedule the second appointment because no online scheduling calendar exists and owner rarely has weekend or after work options available. I had to text her directly to schedule and sometimes she took days and multiple reminders for her to respond. When I finally was able to schedule my second appointment, she cancelled on me last minute - twice! Owner refuses to give me a refund even though services were never provided. I came here to get my eyebrows threaded on recommendation from a friend and all I can say is WOW- I'm hooked. No more plucking my eyebrows at home! I'm sold!
They have a cute studio room located in Mr. Dino's Hair Salon. Walk into the salon and there's a clipboard at the waiting area to sign up for a walk-in appointment. There was 3 names ahead of me and I waited no longer than 10 minutes.
Jabeen called me and another girl back into the cutest studio room (two salon chairs, B&W striped walls that reminded me of Paris) and started on me right away. She explained the process

I've been going here for maybe 3 years and they always do a good job! I've had 2 of the sisters and they are always consistent. Expect a wait for walk ins, they are the best so obviously many people want them doing their brows. I recently started getting them tinted as well and I appreciate that I'm not pushed to get them re-tinted each time if the color still looks okay! If you have an issue they will fix any areas of concern.
