We hired OpenHouse360 to do a photo shoot of one of our newest listings. Not only was I impressed by the results, we received several compliments from prospective buyers. To drive even more traffic, we added on a property video to show the interior of the home and highlight the spectacular location. We have posted the video to all our social media channels and it has already generated more interest in the property. Great work!

Since joining the Pacific Sotheby’s team I was looking for a company that provided full service real estate media services. Based upon a recommendation from a colleague I decided to hire them to create a full marketing package for a new listing in the Coronado Cays. This property was a little tricky because it was unfurnished so it was harder to convey to prospective buyers the “vision” of its potential. We added virtual staging to add furniture to the photos and the results really made a difference in showing buyers the potential. Overall we very pleased with the result as the property sold
