ReUnite Assist provides up to 75% discount off specific fertility drugs (Follistim, Ganirelix, & Pregnyl) for eligible patients. Eligibility requirments include: non-insured prescriptions and current proof of income (1040 tax document). Discount expires one year from date issued and cannot be combined with other discount programs.

The staff here is beyond amazing. They worked with me to help me out with new medicines. They never tried to rush me off the phone and made sure every question was answered. They worked side by side with me through the beginning stages until I figured everything out.
